COURSE OVERVIEW:

In today’s competitive and dynamic business environment, survival widely depends on efficient management practice. In this climate, the role of front line officers who play critical facilitating

 roles with Computer applications in the management process, including secretaries, personal assistants and receptionists, can be the key to increased efficiency and productivity.

 

The success of this function is influenced by the degree of knowledge in Computer Application in the changes and development in office management and practice possessed by those in this function. The goal of this workshop is to enable participants excel  in Business Application  using Microsoft Office in front line management functions.
